1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options (based on your location).
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates are based on carrier timelines and may vary depending on your shipping address.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All across India
  • If your location is not listed or eligible for shipping, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor your delivery status in real-time.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Shipping carrier issues
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Style Your Space is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control but we’re happy to assist if you encounter any issues.

6. International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
  • Extended delivery times due to customs inspections

Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement if eligible

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Re-shipment may incur additional fees.
