1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are processed/shipped, whichever comes first. Please contact us immediately at support@styleyourspace.online or through our Contact Us page. - After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return request once the item is delivered.
2. Refunds
We offer refunds on eligible products under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. - Incorrect Items:
If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 3 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund. - Non-Delivery:
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment (unless otherwise stated), please contact us for a full refund or reshipment.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of approval.
3. Returns
- Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. - Timeframe:
You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item. - Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards

- Reason for return/refund
- Supporting photos (if applicable)
- Wait for confirmation and instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address provided (if applicable).
