At Style Your Space, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment:
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are processed/shipped, whichever comes first. Please contact us immediately at support@styleyourspace.online or through our Contact Us page.
  • After Shipment:
    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return request once the item is delivered.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Incorrect Items:
    If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 3 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Delivery:
    If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment (unless otherwise stated), please contact us for a full refund or reshipment.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days of approval.

3. Returns

  • Eligibility:
    To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Timeframe:
    You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Return Shipping:
    Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

    • Your order number
    • Reason for return/refund
    • Supporting photos (if applicable)
  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided (if applicable).
  4. We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed.
